Sleeping Driver Near Chatham Police Department Driveway Charged With DWI, Punched His Vehicle's Window

A 26-year-old Vernon man received a DWI after he punched out the rear driver’s side window of his vehicle parked along the curb line in the Chatham Township Police Department driveway.

Officer David Weinert spotted the man, Mark Debartolo, asleep in the driver’s seat of the vehicle and attempted to wake him up by knocking on the window, according to The Alternative Press.
