St. Patrick School Forensics Team Triumphant at Mount Saint Mary Academy’s Forensic Competition

On Wednesday, February 15th, five girls from St. Patrick School’s Fall Forensics team participated in the annual Mount Saint Mary Academy Girl's Forensic Competition. In a highly competitive field of over 100 students representing 11 schools in three separate categories, 7th grader Molly Farrell won Second Place while 8th grader Maddie Morton earned a Fifth Place trophy. Strong interpretative reading performances were also given by 8th grader Mary Kate Vowells, 7th grader Molly Farrell, and 6th graders Molly McHugh and Delaney McKee who proudly represented St Patrick School.
St. Patrick School Forensics teams are coached and mentored by Dr. Janet Gibbs, Mrs. Debra Bruner, and Mrs. Barbara Nixon, and have a long and proud tradition of success. The St. Patrick School Forensics Team is in the process of preparing for their next forensics competition, declamation, which will be held at St. Joseph’s School in Mendham in late May.
