Swim Team Defeats Madison, Hockey Ties MoBeard
A look at how the winter sports teams are doing.

How are your favorite sports teams doing this winter season?
On Tuesday:
- The bowling team was defeated by Lenape Valley 5-2 at Rockaway Lanes. Sophomore Kurt Swartz rolled a 200 game, and junior Bailey Bancroft fired a 220 high game.
- The girls swim team defeated Madison 137-33 at the Morris Union Jointure Pool in Warren
- The ice hockey team tied with Morristown-Beard 2-2 at Mennan Arena. Scott Kepler had 2 goals, and goalie C.J. Albanese had 27 saves.
On Thursday:

- The bowling team defeated Morris County Technical School 5-2 at Rockaway Lanes. Bailey Bancroft threw the high game of the day with a 228.
- The swim meet against Summit was postponed.
The following games are scheduled for Friday:
- JV boys ice hockey plays against St. Joseph's Metuchen at the Woodbridge Community Center at 4:45 p.m.
The following games are scheduled for Saturday:

- The ice hockey team plays against Pingry at the Union Sports Arena at 5 p.m.
The basketball game, indoor track meet and wrestling match season begins on Friday, Dec. 16. The fencing match season begins on Saturday, Dec. 17.
