Travel Soccer Tryouts at the Madison Area YMCA

Try out for the Madison Area YMCA’s travel soccer team!

Madison Area YMCA Travel Soccer Coach and former professional soccer player, Billy Walsh, and coaching staff will facilitate tryouts for the Fall 2017/Spring 2018 season on the fields at the Madison Area YMCA on 111 Kings Road on:

Thursday, April 27, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. for girls interested in playing U8 Girls (Birth year 2010 & younger) soccer in EDP Futures Association.

Thursday, April 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for boys interested in playing U8 Boys (Birth year 2010 & younger) soccer in EDP Futures Association.

Tuesday, May 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. for boys interested in playing U7 Boys (Birth year 2011) soccer in EDP Futures Association.

Tuesday, May 2, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for boys interested in playing U9 Boys (Birth year 2009) soccer in EDP Futures Association.

Thursday, May 4, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:15 PM for boys interested in playing U10 Boys (Birth year 2008) soccer in EDP Futures Association.

Thursday, May 4, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. for boys interested in playing U11 Boys (Birth year 2007) soccer in EDP Futures Association.

Unlike most travel soccer team tryouts, the Madison Area YMCA’s tryouts are free.

As a part of the travel soccer program, a Madison Area YMCA membership is required for the duration of the season (September-June). Games will be held on weekends during the fall and spring, playing in the EDP Futures League. Players have opportunities to attend clinics and speed & agility training during the winter months. Once notified of player acceptance, families will be required to remit a $50.00 non-refundable deposit by June 1, 2017, to secure their space for the 2017/2018 season.
