“Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the victims and their families, as well as with everyone who is currently quarantining, waiting on test results, or fighting this disease,” Camden County Director Louis Cappelli Jr. said. “Today we saw the first vaccination for COVID-19 in the United States, yet by the end of the day, thousands of Americans will have been killed by the disease. We are closer to the end of this pandemic than ever, but please do not think this crisis is over. We must continue to wear masks and social distance, or we will lose countless others before a vaccine is widely available.”
