According to 42 Freeway, the operations will look the same, but a new backend financial structure will be in place between different partners and family members.

The Kibitz Room is one of the best-known Jewish delis in the region, becoming known for its massive pastrami and corned beef sandwiches, homemade matzo ball soup, and pickle bar.

They also created the "Jewish Cheesesteak," which contains brisket, coleslaw, Russian dressing, and pepper jack cheese.

The other "Kibitz Room" location in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, was recently evicted over more than $194,000 in unpaid rent and other fees. Read More: Kibitz Room, Popular Jewish-Style Deli, Shuts Down In King Of Prussia
