UPDATE: A flood warning was issued through 6:15 p.m. for Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — A flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service for areas of South Jersey until 2:30 p.m.
Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Salem County are all included.
The total rainfall is estimated to be enough to flood small creeks, streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other drainage and low-lying areas.
According to officials, the potential for flooding is severe and raises a significant risk to life or property.
