The U.S. Marshals aided local police during the standoff at a home in Shreveport where Pop was trying to elude arrest, officials added.

K9 Karo found him after he refused to surrender and kept hidden in the home while authorities carried out a felony warrant.

Pop was left with minor injuries, police said, and treated at the scene. He was taken to the Shreveport City Jail to await extradition to New Jersey.
