CHERRY HILL, NJ — "Dick's Sporting Goods" is shutting its location in the Market Place at Garden State Park shopping center at 2000 Marlton Pike/Route 70.
The business is moving into a larger "House of Sport" layout location at the Cherry Hill Mall.
Along with the traditional equipment and clothing at Dick's stores, the "House of Sport" format brings additional outdoor activity areas, such as a basketball court, a much larger area dedicated to trading cards and other collectibles, and a wider selection of products.
The old store is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day through Nov. 4.
Along with stores in nearby Moorestown and Burlington, there is also a "House of Sport" location in Freehold.
The official Cherry Hill Mall opening date has most recently been confirmed as just "November 2026."
