Businesses Relocate After Short Hills Plaza Fire In Cherry Hill
Classic Cake relocated following Friday's fire. The Make Up Bar had already moved to Voorhees.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Two businesses that were destroyed in a fire at Short Hills Plaza in Cherry Hill have reopened in new locations. The Classic Cake Company and the Make-Up Bar announced their new locations in separate Facebook posts over the weekend.
As of 8 a.m. Monday morning, Classic Cake is operating out of Short Hills Deli, the company announced on its Facebook page. Short Hills Deli can be reached by phone at 856-751-5448.
“We are happy to help a fellow business in their time of need, we certainly know how it feels to be devastated after a fire,” Short Hills Deli posted on its Facebook page. “So please visit us and Classic Cake, now one stop shop (for the time being).”

Short Hills Deli was forced to close for extended periods of time following fires in 2008 and 2016, according to The Courier Post.
The Make Up Bar had already moved to The Rizzieri Salon in Voorhees. Rizzieri is located at 8101 Town Center Road in Voorhees, and can be reached at 856-985-5500.

“Thanks to everyone who has reached out to us these past few days,” the Make Up Bar said in the post. “We are so fortunate that we had already relocated to The Rizzieri Salon in Voorhees.We wish our former neighbors well!!”
They were among a number of businesses that were destroyed by a fire that broke out at Short Hills Plaza just before 11 a.m. Friday morning. No one was injured, including the dogs at Camp Bow Wow. “A huge thank you to our mutual aid companies that assisted during the fire as well those that helped cover the town while we were at the fire scene throughout the day,” the Cherry Hill Fire Department said in a Facebook post. “Many thanks!”
