CHERRY HILL, NJ — BuyBuy Baby is closing all of its stores nationwide, including Cherry Hill's, to concentrate on an online-only model a year after new owners tried to revive the brand.

Closing sales are already in progress, and gift cards will be accepted at all locations until Oct. 31. All 10 remaining stores will close by the end of the year.

The company said it will keep its popular baby registries on its website, where the use of gift cards will also be managed.
