The brick-and-mortar store opened in 2018, becoming a popular destination for its sweet and savory creations. But Charlie's Krepes has operated under difficult circumstances, according to owner Charles Koory.

"Yesterday was a great day… I had over $300 in sales at the shop," Koory said via the eatery's Facebook page. "Today was the same, menu wise and everything else, nothing had changed, and I made just over 90 bucks. So, what I want you to imagine in your 9-5 job is a fluctuating paycheck."
