Cherry Hill Council Considers Redevelopment Plan For Hampton Road
A proposed ordinance calling for a mix of residential units was approved on first reading, according to the Cherry Hill Sun.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Cherry Hill Council took a step toward redeveloping the Hampton Road gateway Monday night. Council passed a proposed ordinance on introduction to adopt a redevelopment plan for the area, according to the Cherry Hill Sun.
The plan calls for 300 residential units to be placed on about 20 acres of land between Hampton Road and Cuthbert Boulevard, according to the report. It would be a mix of two- and three-story buildings, and a pair of four-story buildings near the Courier Post offices. The public hearing and final vote is scheduled for July 10.
