Cherry Hill Mall Evacuated Due to Bomb Threat
The mall was evacuated around 7 p.m. Wednesday night.

The Cherry Hill Mall was evacuated on Wednesday due to a bomb threat that turned out to be a hoax, NBC 10 reports.
The mall was cleared out around 7 p.m. Police searched the mall and found nothing suspicious, according to the report. It has since reopened.
It was the latest incident in a series of fake threats across the country and around the region, including in Princeton and Holmdel.

On Tuesday, there were five bomb threats made to airplanes across the country, including a flight that landed at Philadelphia International Airport.
On Wednesday, Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronato and Toms River Police Chief Mitch Little announced the arrest of a Manchester woman who was being charged with creating a false public alarm and terroristic threats after a call warning of a bomb at the Ocean County Mall last week.
