Cherry Hill Man Stabbed 3 People In South Jersey: Prosecutor

The incident put the victims in local hospitals, authorities said.

GLASSBORO, NJ — Authorities identified a Cherry Hill man as the suspect accused of a triple stabbing in Glassboro.

Borough police were dispatched just after 11:15 p.m. Friday for a reported stabbing. They found three men from Brick, Ocean County, with knife wounds, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office (GCPO).

Two victims were transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, while one was taken to Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill.

The GCPO and Glassboro police "rapidly" identified a suspect — Michael Hill, 20, of Cherry Hill — in a joint investigation, officials said. Several hours later, State Police stopped Hill on the shoulder of nearby Route 55.

Hill was charged with aggravated assault (three counts), possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and possession of a weapon. He was placed in the Salem County Correctional Facility, pending further proceedings.
