Cherry Hill Schools To Provide Remote Learning Update Monday

The Cherry Hill Public School District will post information about the next steps in their Continuity of Learning Plan Monday morning.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — The Cherry Hill Public School District will post information about the next steps in their Continuity of Learning Plan Monday morning, officials announced on Sunday.

Information that will be posted at 10 a.m. Monday morning will include:

  • Lesson expectations
  • How to access meals for those who qualify for free or reduced price lunch
  • The procedure for borrowing technology for those who indicated they need it

Additional information will be provided Monday afternoon, officials said. On Friday, the district announced that it would be closed for two weeks after the second positive case of coronavirus was confirmed in the township. Anyone who calls the district on Monday will get a recorded message, but the administration team will be working all day, officials said.

“You will be able to reach them or leave a message if you know your party's extension,” Superintendent of Schools Joseph Meloche said. “If not, we recommend you reach out via email. Email addresses for central administration employees are available on the District website. Email addresses for school administration and staff members are available on their respective school websites.

“Thank you for your continued patience and calmness. I recommend starting each day with deep breathing and reading a page or two of a good book!”
