Both testing sites are open by appointment to those who have symptoms and meet other criteria (including exposure), and who have received a referral for testing from a medical provider. To schedule an appointment, first responders and law enforcement should call 856-968-7100 or 856-342-2881, Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5p.m.
“Our friends in the law enforcement and first responder communities play a vital role in protecting society. For many of these dedicated individuals, the nature of their work places them at a higher risk of exposure to COVID-19. To keep these men and women as safe as possible we are proud to launch dedicated testing sites so we may administer the greatest number of tests in the most efficient manner,” Cooper co-president/CEO Kevin O’Dowd said.
“Cooper has a history of providing education and serving as resources to public service personnel,” Cooper co-president/CEO Anthony J. Mazzarelli said. “This is another way we can serve those on the front lines.”
Cooper also operates a community based coronavirus testing collection site in Cherry Hill and performs tests for hospitalized patients and Cooper staff through its own medical laboratory.
