Fugitive Sought in Cherry Hill Shooting: Police
A Burlington County man has been identified as the suspect in a shooting that took place in February at a Cherry Hill hotel.

Cherry Hill, NJ -- A Burlington City man has been identified as the suspect in a shooting that left one person dead and one injured in Cherry Hill in February, Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, Cherry Hill Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service said.
Kevin Fentress, 21, is being actively sought by authorities for the murder of 17-year-old Jadyre Gordon of Camden.
Fentress, who goes by the name Kev and may have recently cut his hair, stands about 5’11’’ and weighs about 150 pounds. A photo of the suspect is attached to this post and is currently being displayed on billboards around the area.

Fentress is to be considered armed and extremely dangerous and should not be approached by the general public.
Gordon and a 20-year-old Willingboro man were shot while inside a car in the parking lot near the front entrance of the Inn of the Dove complex, located at 725 Cuthbert Boulevard at about 2:24 a.m. on Feb. 28.

While en route to the scene, police learned that the two people had been taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden in a private vehicle.
Gordon was transported from Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital to Cooper University Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 3:37 a.m.
The other man was treated at Our Lady of Lourdes and later released.
Police believe the shooting was the result of an altercation during a party in one of the rooms.
