Lourdes Announces Addition of Neuropsychologist to its Cherry Hill Outpatient Practice
Kathryn Viner Lester, PsyD, ABPP, is a fellowship-trained neuropsychologist

Lourdes Health System recently announced the addition of fellowship-trained neuropsychologist Kathryn Viner Lester, PsyD, ABPP, to its multi-specialty center located at 1 Brace Road, Cherry Hill, NJ. Dr. Lester specializes in patient behavior and brain function, with a focus on diseases of aging and other general neurological conditions, as well as cognitive difficulties caused by underlying psychiatric disease.
Board-certified in clinical neuropsychology, Dr. Lester is part of Drexel Neurosciences Institute (DNI) where she is faculty member and serves as director of the Neuropsychology program. Lourdes and DNI have an agreement whereby neurology subspecialists have regular office hours at Lourdes’ convenient outpatient Cherry Hill location.
Prior to joining Drexel, Dr. Lester worked in a private neuropsychology practice, as well as in a school district as a contracted school psychologist.

Dr. Lester co-taught graduate-level courses at Georgia Regents University—Medical College of Georgia, where she completed her fellowship in Neuropsychology.
Dr. Lester earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Widener University, with concentrations in neuropsychology and school psychology. While at Widener, she completed pre-doctoral internship rotations at both Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lester has received numerous honors for her work in neuropsychology, including the Suzanne Reed Price Neuropsychology Award for Distinguished Achievement from Widener University, and the Top 10% Paper Presentation Award from the American Epilepsy Society.
Dr. Lester is a member of the Philadelphia Neuropsychological Society, where she currently serves as president of the board. She is also a member of several national and international associations, including the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the International Neuropsychological Society, and the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology.
Dr. Lester has presented her work at national and international conferences, and her research has been published in medical journals such as Epilepsy & Behavior, The Journal of the International Neuropsychological Society, and The Clinical Neuropsychologist.
