Man Fatally Shot In Camden, Homicide Under Investigation: Prosecutor
The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead minutes later, officials said.
CAMDEN, NJ — A man was fatally shot Saturday night in Camden, officials said.
Just after 9 p.m., several 911 callers reported a shooting at 10th and Mechanic Streets, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office (CCPO). Officers found a man — later identified as Jamal Scott — suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, authorities said.
Scott, 48, of Camden, was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead minutes later.

The incident remains under investigation.
