CHERRY HILL, NJ — A new ramen eatery has opened in Cherry Hill. And it's not too late to take advantage of Kanji Noodle Bar's grand-opening discount.

Kanji Noodle Bar has several restaurants throughout the United States — primarily in the tri-state area. The chain touts a range of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine.

The Cherry Hill restaurant, which celebrated its grand opening Monday, is located at 1596 Kings Hwy. N in the Ellisburg Circle Shopping Center.

Kanji's defined noodles bring an "authentic ramen culture" to the United States, according to its website.

"Different from traditional catering, the production of KANJI ramen uses an assembly line production mode that reduces the chef's influence on the quality of the dishes and improves production efficiency to ensure you will have the best experience," the restaurant chain says. "Trust no man but our ramen!"
