Suspect Arrested In Cherry Hill Sexual Assault: Police
A Sicklerville man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault that happened in Cherry Hill earlier this month.
CHERRY HILL, NJ - A Sicklerville man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault that took place in Cherry Hill earlier this month, police said on Friday.
Ethien E Rosario, Jr., 26, has been charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree carjacking, Cherry Hill police said Friday afternoon.
Rosario was identified following tips that the police department received from the public. He was identified on Friday afternoon, at which time a warrant was issued for his arrest. At about 9 p.m. Friday night, police announced that Rosario had surrendered.

Rosario met his victim at a Wawa on Route 38 at about 3:15 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, according to police. They both went in the victim's car to an unknown place where the assault took place, police said.
Police said they don’t know how Rosario left the scene after the alleged assault. The victim returned home and reported the assault, police said.
