Tennis, Pickleball Courts In Cherry Hill To Reopen Friday
Tennis and pickleball courts in Cherry Hill will reopen on Friday with restrictions in place to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — Tennis and pickleball courts in Cherry Hill will reopen on Friday in accordance with Gov. Phil Murphy’s executive order, township officials announced. On Monday, Murphy signed a new order allowing certain outdoor activities to resume.
Restrictions will be in place to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. No more than 10 people at a time will be permitted at each facility, and those using the courts must adhere to social distancing guidelines.
This includes staying six feet apart whenever practicable, excluding immediate family members, caretakers, household members, or romantic partners, and wearing proper face coverings where social distancing is not practicable when entering or exiting these facilities, officials said.

In locations with multiple courts in one area, nets will be removed on certain courts to facilitate proper social distancing and discourage large groups from gathering, officials said. The gates to enter and exit the courts will also be tied in a way that allows for touchless entry.
