Woman, 74, Dies In Head-On Crash: Pennsauken Police
The two-car crash happened as a driver was trying to turn into a parking lot on Haddonfield Road, said police.
PENNSAUKEN, NJ — Pennsauken Police said a 74-year-old township woman died in a two-car crash in late January.
The crash happened at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27 in the 4300 block of Haddonfield Road, township police said in a statement. The driver of a 1995 Dodge Spirit was driving south on Haddonfield Road and went to make a left turn into the parking lot, police said.
The driver of a 2004 Subaru Forester who was traveling north on Haddonfield Road collided with the Dodge Spirit "in a head-on, angular collision" according to police.

Lola Maye, a Pennsauken resident, died as a result of injuries she sustained in the crash, police said. Based on initial police information, it is not clear which vehicle she was in. Police said the other driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Pennsauken Police are investigating and said no charges have been filed as of Feb. 2.
