ā¢ Nearly 30 New Homes Being Built In Chester, Mayor Says (patch.com) ā Twenty-seven large single-family homes are finally moving forward on the long-undeveloped Cantor property at the southern end of Chester, just south of Desiderioās horse farm. Construction is expected to start before fall, with foundations in before the ground freezes. Mayor Tim Drag says residents should expect to see equipment and activity soon and promises ongoing updates as the project progresses.
