• Over $80K Given To Mendhams, Chesters, To Clean Up Litter (patch.com) — Chester Township and Chester Borough are getting nearly $40,000 combined from New Jersey’s Clean Communities program to fund litter cleanups, equipment, and public education. Along with neighboring Mendham, this grant will support volunteer efforts, storm drain clearing, and enforcement of local litter laws to keep local roads, parks, and waterways cleaner.
