Minniti was appointed mayor by his fellow members of township committee during the township's reorganization meeting on Monday night, the Cinnaminson Sun reports. <a href="https://patch.com/new-jersey/cinnaminson/meet-the-candidates-anthony-v-minniti" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Minniti </a>was first elected to Cinnaminson Township Committee in 2002, and previously served as mayor in 2004, 2010 and 2014. John McCarthy served as mayor for the last two years. Also on Monday night, Howard "Bud" Evans was sworn into the seat he won when he ran unopposed in November's elections.
