Art Showcase At RCBC Set For Friday Night
RCBC will celebrate art, music, performance, design, media and food during an art showcase this week.
Rowan College at Burlington County will celebrate art, music, performance, design, media and food during an art showcase this week. “Metamorphosis: Transformation and Growth” will take place on Friday, Nov. 17, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Mount Laurel Campus in Votta Hall.
Students in the college’s graphic design, fashion design, fine art, photography, theatre, music, culinary arts and entertainment technology programs will showcase their talents at the event, which is free and open to the public.
More than 100 fine art pieces in a variety of mediums will be shown, and some will be for sale. Performances by the jazz band, percussion ensemble, concert band, choir and solo acts will start at 8 p.m. in the auditorium of Votta Hall, located at 300 College Circle. Light refreshments will be provided.
