Bovio Rubino Service Sponsors D.R.I.V.E. HER Forward Girls Leadership Summit

D.R.I.V.E. HER Forward, an inspiring leadership and career exploration event created by the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey is taking place on Wednesday, August 12at Topgolf in Mount Laurel.

Bovio Rubino Service is a sponsor of the Summit as part of “LeadHERship in ’26,” the independent, family-owned HVAC and plumbing service company’s community cause this year.

President Angela Rubino Hines is personally participating in D.R.I.V.E. HER Forward leading a Career Connection Circle where the young women in grades seven to 12 rotate through “fast-paced, small-group conversations with women industry experts offering real-world insights, advice and authentic career stories.”

“LeadHERship in ‘26”advances opportunities for young women through career readiness, entrepreneurship, community betterment and a personal health and wellness mindset.

Every year since 2023, Bovio Rubino Service has championed a different community cause. In 2025 it was youth sports. In 2024, it was animal awareness and protection and in 2023 it was hunger relief.

“The Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey produces immersive, nurturing experiences for young women in our South Jersey community,” Hinessaid. “D.R.I.V.E. The Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey D.R.I.V.E. HER Forward Girls Leadership Summit is recommended for rising seventh graders through graduating high school seniors. Throughout the evening, participants will hear candid career stories from women industry experts, engage in small group mentoring sessions and begin shaping a vision for their future while preparing for everyday leadership.
