Cops Capture Woman Who Robbed 3 New Jersey Banks In One Day: Police
After several days of searching, police say they have charged a 42-year-old woman with robbing three New Jersey banks in one day.
After several days of searching, police say they have charged a 42-year-old woman with robbing three New Jersey banks in one day.
Josephine Sari of Chesterfield was captured Monday at approximately 8:30 p.m. without incident, police said.
Sari was charged with robbery and other related offenses and held on $200,000 full bail.

Sari has been charged with hitting three banks in New Jersey in less than 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, police said.
The woman first hit Friday at a Wells Fargo Bank on Route 130 in Willingboro. Several hours later, she then struck a TD Bank in Hamilton Township, entering the bank at 1130 Whitehouse-Hamilton Square Road while wearing a scarf on her head and passing a note to a teller.

She made off each time with an unknown amount of money, police said.
She then struck a third time at about 9 a.m. Saturday, again in Hamilton Township, and robbing the TD Bank at 3470 Quakerbridge Road by using the same methods.
Hamilton police described the suspect as a white female, 50 to 60 years old, with dark sunglasses and a bright green handbag, possibly fleeing in an older model, black Honda sedan.
