Burlington County College Students' Best Artwork Goes on Display Dec. 12
The Best of 2014 Showcase opens with an awards ceremony for student artists and an opening reception from 5 p.m.-7 p.m.

The best work of Burlington County College’s art students will be on display from Dec. 12-Feb. 14 at the Student Art Gallery, the college announced on Tuesday.
The Best of 2014 Showcase opens with an awards ceremony for student artists and an opening reception from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public.
The exhibit highlights the work of 34 student artists, including 29 credit and five non-credit students.

There will be 89 pieces of artwork on display, including photography, drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, mixed-media, jewelry and graphic design.
Following the reception, the artwork will be on display during normal gallery hours, which includes:

Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.;
Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and
The second Saturday of every month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Student Art Gallery is located in historic downtown Mount Holly at 1 High Street.
The attached image was provided by Burlington County College: “Far Away You Were Made in the Sea, Just Like Me,” by BCC student artist Jessica Baez, of Browns Mills, will be on display along with 88 additional pieces of art and 33 other student artists during the “Best of 2014 Showcase,” opening Friday, Dec. 12 at the Burlington County College Student Art Gallery.
