The former minimum security prison that is part of a 352-acre complex across the street from the Rowan College at Burlington County campus in Pemberton is slated to be demolished by the end of the year. The actual jail covers 12 acres of land. The assessment would determine what the land can be used for. The jail closed in June of 2015.
