Burlington County To Explore New Uses For Old Jail Site: Report
The jail is expected to be demolished by next year, the Burlington County Times reports.

T&M Associates, of Middletown, is expected to be awarded a $249,000 contract to assess land currently occupied by the old Burlington County jail on Pemberton-Browns Mill Road, the Burlington County Times reports.
The former minimum security prison that is part of a 352-acre complex across the street from the Rowan College at Burlington County campus in Pemberton is slated to be demolished by the end of the year. The actual jail covers 12 acres of land.
The assessment would determine what the land can be used for. The jail closed in June of 2015.
