Cinnaminson Approves Expansion For Sea Box Facility
Cinnaminson Township Committee gave its final approval to a 225,000 square-foot addition to the existing Sea Box facility Monday night.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson Township Committee gave its final approval to a 225,000 square-foot addition to the existing Sea Box facility Monday night.
Township Committee approved the plan with a 5-0 vote. The approval comes a month after Township Committee approved a long-term tax exemption for the addition. Read more here: Tax Incentive Approved For Cinnaminson Sea Box Expansion
Township officials estimate that the proposed project would yield approximately $1.3 million in the Township portion of property taxes over a 30-year period without the financial agreement. Under the financial agreement, the project would yield approximately $3.8 million in the Township portion of property taxes over the same period.
