Cinnaminson Committee To Discuss Redevelopment Plans Monday Night

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson Township Committee will give final consideration to a proposal that would allow residents to get their name put on a no-knock registry when it meets Monday night.

There will be a public hearing and final vote on this proposal, as well as a proposal to amend township code concerning sewer connections.

There will also be four proposals up for introduction, including:

  • The amendment of township code covering parking, stopping and standing;
  • The extension of previously extended interim zoning;
  • The adoption of a redevelopment plan; and
  • The authorization of a final agreement between the township and 1 Sea Box Drive Urban Renewal, LLC for the construction of a 225,000 square foot addition to the existing sea box distribution facility.

There will also be a resolution for approval for a separate redevelopment plan, as well as 13 items on the consent agenda.
