Cinnaminson High School Runner Wins State Title in 3200
Michael Ungvarsky won the state title by taking 30 seconds off his sectional time.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- Cinnaminson High School junior Michael Ungvarsky shaved 30 seconds off his time from the sectional championship meet to capture the NJSIAA State Group 2 title in the 3200 meter run over the weekend, according to nj.com.
Ungvarsky finished the race in nine minutes, 19.70 seconds, besting River Dell’s William Daly by about two seconds.
Ungvarsky was second in the race at the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 meet, finishing in 9:49.78. That net him the 11th seed at the state meet.

He will now compete in the Meet of Champions on Wednesday at Central Regional High School in Bayville. He is seeded 10th in the 3200.
