Cinnaminson Park Ordinance Restructuring Includes Limiting Use By Those Outside The Township

The ordinance also encourages township organizations to invest in the sports fields, the Cinnaminson Sun reports.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson Committee has voted to adopt an ordinance that, in part, limits use of sports fields to those who live outside the township, the Cinnaminson Sun reports. Use by people from outside the township limits the amount of access township residents have to the fields.

Cinnaminson Mayor Anthony Minnitti said township residents who “are largely shouldering the cost of developing these parks should be the primary beneficiaries,” according to the report.

The ordinance encourages township organizations to invest in the sports fields and is designed to comply with grant requirements and health regulations, among other proposals.
