CINNAMINSON, NJ — There will be a public hearing and final vote on a proposal that would allow Cinnaminson to enter into an agreement with Sea Box for a 225,000 square-foot addition to its existing property Monday night.
Cinnaminson Township Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday night. The meeting will be held virtually, and the Zoom link and password will be posted on the township’s website around noon Monday.
The proposal was re-introduced last month, the same night Township Committee approved a long-term tax exemption for the addition. Read more here: Tax Incentive Approved For Cinnaminson Sea Box Expansion

Township officials estimate that the proposed project would yield approximately $1.3 million in the Township portion of property taxes over a 30-year period without the financial agreement. Under the financial agreement, the project would yield approximately $3.8 million in the Township portion of property taxes over the same period.
