Cops: Body Found in Woods is Missing Woman Who Lived in Cinnaminson Motel
The Burlington County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the body found earlier this week belongs to Stacey Grater.

Human remains discovered by a hunter in he Brendan T. Byrne State Forest in Pemberton earlier this week belong to a woman who formerly lived in a motel in Cinnaminson and went missing in 2006, according to New Jersey State Police.
The Burlington County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the remains as those of Stacey Grater, 36, of Pemberton Township, who went missing Feb. 18, 2006.
She was last seen riding her bicycle from her Whitesbog Village home to Wawa on Lakehurst Road, according to the Burlington County Times.

The remains were found at about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday in a wooded area near Whitesbog Road.
Members of the New Jersey State Police Major Crime Unit, Troop “C” Criminal Investigation Office, Crime Scene Investigations Central Unit, and the Missing Persons and Child Exploitation Unit responded to the scene.

The remains were excavated and taken to the Burlington County Medical Examiner’s Office for identification, police said.
Grater previously lived in a motel on Route 130 in Cinnaminson, according to the Courier Post.
The details and circumstances surrounding the disappearance are currently under investigation, police said.
