BIRD SWOOPS DOWN AND GRABS BABY… NOT TRUE! SMALL PETS AND ANIMALS; YES, BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!
Hello, Patch Pet Lovers!
Please do not be alarmed if you see the video (link provided below) depicting a large bird swooping down and picking up a baby off the ground. The video was a 3-D animation made with the images inserted.

However, as I wrote in a previous blog post… absolutely DO be diligent in watching your beloved pets and not leaving your small dogs, cats, rabbits, pocket pets, and the like, outside unattended, as a large bird may very well come right down and take them!
HOAX:
Fake! Canadian design school admits eagle plucking baby from park was an 'animation'.
An eagle snatches a toddler in Montreal and drops it as shocked adults race to help the child.
Stunning video from Canada purportedly shows a Golden Eagle snatching a toddler sitting in a park, but questions over the clip's authenticity grew as quickly as its online views.
Now, it appears the amazing scene at Montreal's Mont-Royal Park was indeed fake.

A design school in Montreal called Centre NAD (also known as the National Animation and Design Centre) posted on its website Wednesday that both eagle and baby "were created in 3D animation and integrated in to the film afterwards."
The video, uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday, was "made by Normand Archambault, Loïc Mireault and Félix Marquis-Poulin, students at Centre NAD, in the production simulation workshop class of the Bachelors degree in 3D Animation and Digital Design," the posting said.

The school also assured nervous parents their children are not at risk of being plucked up by a massive eagle.
In the video, a soaring eagle swoops down on a child while a caretaker's back is turned. The bird picks up the child by its winter coat, flying several feet before dropping its prey.
The video, complete with a panicked cameraman and the cries of a toddler, logged about 1.4 million views in less than 24 hours.
But with the amazement came scrutiny over the video's shadowing, editing and the authenticity of the uploader.
“When the bird swoops down, its shadow pops in one frame after it does. And for one frame, and one frame only, around three seconds in, its right wing becomes transparent,” writes NewStatesman blogger blogger Alex Hern. The name of his post is “Literally unbelievable video.”
Other online skeptics pointed out that Centre NAD has a "hoax the Internet" exam every year.
It has been a busy week in Canada for weird animal antics. The eagle video comes days after photographs surfaced of a monkey wearing a sheepskin coat wandering around the parking lot of a Toronto IKEA.
MRNUCLEARCAT VIA YOUTUBE After apparently having been picked up and then dropped by an eagle, a shocked toddler looks up at adults before starting to cry.Golden eagles have a roughly six-foot wingspan and can fly at speeds of more than 150 miles per hour. Though they usually hunt small animals, they can fly with prey heavier than their own weight, or around 15 pounds, according to National Geographic Society.
