BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — State Police asked the public for information that could aid the investigation into a hit-and-run that killed an elderly Burlington County woman who had been missing.Yvrose Germain, 75, was reported missing after she left her Willingboro home on the night of March 16.
