This satire of big business and all it holds sacred follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch as he uses lessons from a self-help book to take him from lowly window washer to high-powered executive. Along the way he and his colleagues tackle such “dangers” as office parties, backstabbing co-workers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love.
Directed and choreographed by Mount Laurel resident Brenda Kelly Bacon, in collaboration with music director Cameron Stringham of Cinnaminson, the cast includes Matt Becker of Cinnaminson as J. Pierrepont Finch, Angela Longo of Somerdale as Rosemary Pilkington, Kevin Esmond of Marlton as J.B. Biggley, Scott Angehr of Willingboro as Bud Frump, Alexandra Haas of Willingboro as Smitty, Gabrielle Affleck of Philadelphia as Miss Jones, Kaitlyn Delengowksi of Gloucester City as Hedy La Rue, Alan Krier of Maple Shade as Wally Womper, and Rick Williams of Moorestown as Mr. Bratt. The ensemble includes Steven Ciceron, Elizabeth Deal, Cara Dickinson, Carla Ezell, Fred Ezell, Casey Grouser, Erin Gupta, Neil Gupta, Paul Sollimo, and Jocelyn Mitchell-Williams.
