Free Concert in Riverton Park
Concert on Sunday, June 26 kicks off July 4 festivities
Independence Day festivities start early in Riverton, Burlington County, as the town welcomes the Chicago 9 Tribute Band and Craig Bickhardt for a free concert on Sunday, June 26.
The Riverton 4th of July Committee and local music supporters Circle of Friends team up to present this concert as a run-up to July Fourth fun. The Concert in the Park will take place at Riverton’s Memorial Park, with restaurants offering food for sale at 5 p.m. before the music starts at 5:30 p.m.
Chicago 9 performs throughout the Philadelphia-Atlantic City region, recreating the blend of rock, pop, jazz and soft music in songs like “If You Leave Me Now,” “Saturday in the Park” and “Hard to Say I’m Sorry.” It has been called the premier Chicago tribute band in the Delaware Valley.
