Latest Cinnaminson Coronavirus Updates

CINNAMINSON, NJ — As of Monday night, there are 271 positive cases of the coronavirus in Cinnaminson, according to numbers provided by Burlington County officials.

This number included one new case that was identified on Monday. Trace investigations are underway. No new deaths were reported anywhere in Burlington County on Monday, and the total number of confirmed deaths in Cinnaminson as of Monday was 27.

Countywide, there were 12 new cases reported, bringing the total number of cases in Burlington County to 6,610 with 459 confirmed deaths and 48 probable deaths.

Deaths in Cinnaminson have included a 102-year-old woman, an 83-year-old man, a 65-year-old man, an 84-year-old woman, two 77-year-old women, a 74-year-old woman, a 91-year-old man, an 85-year-old man, two 82-year-old women, an 88-year-old man, a 75-year-old man, a 78-year-old man, an 87-year-old woman, an 83-year-old woman, a 71-year-old woman, an 89-year-old man, three 86-year-old men, a 75-year-old man, an 87-year-old man, a 74-year-old woman, an 89-year-old woman, a 90-year-old man and a 60-year-old man. Burlington County is actively engaged in contact tracing positive coronavirus cases. The focus is on close contacts, defined as closer than 6 feet for more than 10 minutes, household contacts and those that work in high risk settings such as healthcare workers and long term care facilities. If community exposure has occurred, where a coronavirus positive person was in close contact with people for an extended period of time, while symptomatic, county officials will notify the public. Since residents are abiding by the social distancing requirements, officials said they have not run into that issue since early in the pandemic.

Reminder: Mass exposure, due to social distancing guidelines, and the cooperation of the public has been minimized. Residents are reminded to remain 6 feet apart while obtaining essential items or services, and stay home unless absolutely necessary.
