Here are the latest local updates on how the coronavirus outbreak is impacting Cinnaminson.
CINNAMINSON, NJ — The new coronavirus outbreak in New Jersey and across the nation is having vast impacts in Cinnaminson, including the closure of schools and many businesses. As of Thursday, there were 157 cases of the coronavirus in Cinnaminson with 23 confirmed deaths.
As of Wednesday, when the state provided the latest nursing home numbers, there were 86 cases of the coronavirus and 19 deaths among residents at the Wynwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, and 24 cases and zero deaths among staff members.

On Monday, Cinnaminson Township Committee introduced a proposed ordinance allows retail outdoor display areas at existing businesses, subject to local law, for 120 days.
The public hearing and final vote on the proposal is scheduled for the July 20 meeting. In the meantime, a similar resolution was approved that allows restaurants and bars in the township to serve food and drink outside. Read more here: Cinnaminson Approves Outdoor Dining For Restaurants, Bars

Basketball courts in Cinnaminson’s municipal parks have also been permitted to reopen. Walking paths, tennis courts and pickleball courts are also open.
