“I got a lot out of it. My resume is 30 years old; they (Career Services) showed me how to revamp it and how to market myself. It’s amazing what this whole program does. I am still floored that I got free clothing, and I get more compliments on that than anything else I wear. I can still contact anyone in Career Services if I have questions,” McMullen said.

The 2021 Dress for Success application opens to all spring 2021 graduates and transfer students on Oct. 21, and the event will occur on April 22, 2021. To view last year’s virtual event, click here.

“I’ve learned to take every opportunity that comes at you. Even though we went fully remote in March, we were ready for an interview, knew how to present ourselves and were equipped with resume-building skills. I would say to do it because it’s a great resource to have,” said Vazquez, who now studies film at Rider University.
