Local Author to Sign Copies of New Book in Cinnaminson

Local Author Patti Sheehy will be in attendance during Temple Sinai of Cinnaminson's Author Book Brunch on Oct. 25.

Local Author Patti Sheehy will be in attendance during Temple Sinai of Cinnaminson’s Author Book Brunch, sponsored by the Sisterhood and Men’s Club, on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

The event will take places at Temple Sinai 2101 New Albany Road in Cinnaminson.

Sheehy will be joined by Frank Mederos, the main character from her book “The Boy Who Said No.” This is a true story about a young boy who flees Cuba and longs to go to America to join his girlfriend.

Sheehy worked closely with Mederos in writing her first novel.

She is a graduate of Rider University and has spent her career in public relations and marketing as an executive in marketing and communications, primarily in the health care industry.

She lives with her husband, Robert Hunter, in Haddon Heights.

Sheehy will have copies of her book on hand for purchase and to have signed.
