More Than $100K In Grants To Cinnaminson For Improvements
Cinnaminson recently received more than $100,000 in grants that will help improve and beautify the township, officials announced this week.
CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson recently received more than $100,000 in grants that will help improve and beautify the township, officials announced this week.
Cinnaminson recently received a $75,000 Parks Development and Improvement Grant that it will use for planned playground improvements at Extension Park.
The township also received a $32,791.19 Clean Communities Grant from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), according to officials.

That money will be used for clean communities’ initiatives such as community clean-up programs. This includes the Cinnaminson Township Cleanup Day scheduled for Aug. 8.
On that day, the Cinnaminson Public Works Facility at 1601 Union Landing Road will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Residents will be able to drop off paints, motor oil, antifreeze, electronics, televisions, brush and branches, metal items, automobile and small truck tires, car batteries and large trash items.

No construction debris will be accepted. This program is available to residents only and ID is required. For more information, contact the Public Works Department at 856-829-6000, ext. 2356.
