Hello, Patch Pet Lovers!

What do you think about when you see problem areas of mosquitos, or standing water, the ideal breeding place for mosquitos; is it West Nile Virus?  For me, it's the risk of heartworm in our pets!

Both heartworm and West Nile Virus are contracted by infected mosquitos; therefore, eliminating mosquitos eliminates heartworm and West Nile Virus.

So let's protect humans and pets:  Please discuss prevention with your vet... and see the information below, which was posted by the Borough of Palmyra, to help identify problem areas of mosquitos in Burlington County.
