Power Outages, Early Closings In Burlington County Due To Weather

Widespread power outages and early closings came to Burlington County Wednesday afternoon as the region continued to combat inclement weather.

As of 5 p.m., there were about 40,000 power outages in Burlington County. Track power outages by visiting PSE&G's website here and Atlantic City Electric's website.

Rowan College at Burlington County closed at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7. All classes and activities scheduled for 11 a.m. or later Wednesday are canceled.

All essential Public Safety and Facilities staff should report as directed by their supervisors. Further updates will be posted on the college’s website, rcbc.edu.

The Moorestown Mall was scheduled to close at 3 p.m. Shoppers were advised to call their destinations before heading out as hours may vary for stores, restaurants and services.
