Former Cinnaminson Resident Charged With Mount Holly Murders
Dennis Pozniak was charged with heroin possession in 2008, and additional charges in Camden County, according to the Burlington County Times
The former Cinnaminson resident who has been charged with murder in the deaths of his girlfriend and her father while the three lived together in Mount Holly has a case pending in Camden County regarding possession of barbiturates and was charged with possession of heroin in 2008, the Burlington County Times reports.
Dennis Pozniak, 27, was fined $200 after the heroin possession was downgraded to disturbing the peace, according to the report. No more information was available concerning the other offense, which allegedly took place Dec. 27.
It is unknown if drugs were involved in the case or present in the home, and a motive for the killings has not yet been developed according to the report.

Pozniak was charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of his 24-year-old girlfriend Nicole Wilson and her father, Bryan Wilson, 52. They were found dead inside their home on Saturday.
He is a graduate of Cinnaminson High School, according to the report. Nicole and Bryan Wilson moved from Cinnaminson about 10 years ago.

Nicole Wilson was a decorated specialist with the Air National Guard, and was stationed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, according to the report.
Pozniak had been living with the Wilson Family for several months.
Police were called to the residence at about 9 a.m. Saturday by a family member who awoke and discovered the bodies.
Pozniak was inside the residence at the time. He was taken to a hospital and treated for several lacerations that were believed to be self-inflicted.
Pozniak is being held at a medical facility pending a psychiatric evaluation.
His bail was set at $1 million. The investigation is being conducted by detectives from the Mount Holly Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.
