He and one other person were arrested following a traffic stop in Harrison Township for a registration violation on April 17, 2014. Police said several plastic bags containing a total of 5.8 pounds of marijuana were found in his trunk during a subsequent K-9 search. Cade was indicted on a charge of second degree distribution of marijuana in excess of five pounds and under 25 pounds and fourth degree possession of marijuana in excess of 50 grams by a Gloucester County Grand Jury on Aug. 6, 2014.
